eFiling is mandatory for all Wyoming State Bar members filing in the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court serves all public orders and opinions electronically, except to self-represented parties, who will receive outgoing documents and orders in paper form only.
Presently, only members of the Wyoming State Bar may register to file electronically and only in the Supreme Court. Electronic filing by self-represented parties may be a future enhancement to the case management system.
At a future date, the District Courts in Wyoming will implement eFiling.
