GREEN RIVER STAR — For the last time, Judge Nena James pounded the gavel to adjourn the Third District Court of Sweetwater County. After 18 years as Third District Court Judge, James knew it was time to retire and end a more than 30 year judicial career.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Suzannah Robinson to be a District Court Judge for the Third Judicial District serving Sweetwater County, Wyoming. Robinson fills the vacancy occurring with the retirement of Judge Nena James.

Jason Conder Takes Oath as New District Judge in Ninth Judicial District-Lander

WYOTODAY . . . In a ceremony in the courtroom of the Ninth District Court in Lander on Monday [August 12th], Jason Conder of Lander took the oath of office and became the court’s latest judge. He replaced Norman Young of Riverton, who sat on the bench for the last 17 years.
Current and former Wyoming Supreme Court Justices held a brief opening ceremony of the Historic Supreme Court Room in the Capitol on July 10. The 1888 Territorial House Chamber was occupied by the Wyoming Supreme Court from 1890 to 1937. No room in the Capitol has been more radically transformed by this project than the Historic Supreme Court Chamber.
Naturalization Ceremony to be Held at Wyoming Supreme Court

The Wyoming Supreme Court is pleased to announce the United States District Court, District of Wyoming will hold a naturalization ceremony in the Wyoming Supreme Court courtroom on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Nineteen petitioners are scheduled to take the oath of citizenship.
