Out-of-State Material Requests

Out-of-state requests for Law Library materials will only be accepted through interlibrary loan. The only exceptions would be requests for Wyoming Administrative rules, historic Wyoming legislative materials, or replaced statutory materials by those willing to pay any costs of copying and mailing.

All requested material is subject to the United States copyright law; further reproduction in violation of that law is prohibited. The Wyoming State Law Library reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
