Databases for Legal Research
HeinOnline is primarily a resource covering four centuries of legal materials. However, it also has information in the areas of history, political science, business, public policy, government, and criminal justice. Get law review articles, the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) (1938-Present) and Federal Register (1936-Present), the United States Code (1925-2006) and the United States Statutes at Large (1789-2008), plus much more. Hein Online also has the Wyoming Session Laws (1869-Present). Access is available at the law library as well as at participating Wyoming county libraries. This free resource searches the full-text of over 400 online law reviews and law journals, as well as document repositories hosting academic papers and related publications such as Congressional Research Service reports.

These databases are available for in-library use through our public access computers. Our subscription provides primary source materials and major West secondary source materials.
Shepards'
The Law Library has a subscription to Shepards’ citators for in-library use at one of our public access computers.
The Law Library has a subscription to Gale Legal Forms. These forms are accessible in the Law Library on a public access computer with word processing capabilities.

The ProQuest Congressional service provides users historic and current congressional information. This collection includes the full text of congressional publications, finding aids, a bill tracking service, and the full text of public laws and other research materials. Since Congress is interested in all public policy, social, and economic issues, the database is an effective source for general research in many academic disciplines, in addition to research related to specific legislative proposals and laws.

Search this database to find detailed company and industry news and information such as company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports and company histories.
- Environmental Studies and Policy
This collection provides access to the multiple viewpoints of this volatile field of study, including perspectives from the scientific community, governmental policy makers, as well as corporate interests.

LexisNexis & LoisLaw
The Law Library does not have public access to either LexisNexis or Loislaw. Users desiring to use these databases via the State Law Library terminal must be subscribers and have their own passwords to log onto these systems.
